Must be worth a look on Danby Beacon as well Alastair when you're pottering around the Scaling Dam area.
Never seen them at Rosedale, but that has been a traditional stop over in the past.

I did have a look there. There were no Dotterel, I wasn't the only one who had this idea, several folk searched whilst I was there. Of interest though were good numbers of Wheatear around the Beacon, at least one of which was a leucorhoa.
