Unidentified Gull at Scaling Dam August 06

The gull front, left is most likely a Herring Gull but i couldn't be sure. Seen at Scaling Dam on several occasions in August 2006. Thanks to Brett for help with the id. I'm no good at this digiscoping lark, thus blurry.
